Have to say Mellisa took care of everything, the whole fix was nightmare on timing and doing myself on my free time but I called, they give me a loaner!!! That loaner is entrapment cuz the new minis are amazing, but overall they take fix the problem and she was superb!!! U need something done, ask for her.
