Crevier MINI Service and Parts

I’ve been going out of my way to get my car serviced here, and it’s 100% worth the drive every time. The customer service is excellent! EJ is the absolute best! He’s always friendly, helpful, speaks car talk in a way that I can understand and makes the process smooth from start to finish. The entire service department deserves praise for their professionalism and efficiency, and the mechanics consistently do a great job. I also really appreciate the complimentary car wash and transportation options they offer when I come for service. I especially appreciate how transparent and straightforward they are when it comes to pricing. No games, no surprises, just great service. Highly recommend!

I'm on my 3rd Mini Cooper...two of them from Crevier. These guys are the best. Jim sold me a green Countryman and Christian got me into a red Cooper. At 76, the red one may be my last car. Sure is fun to drive. For service, Kyle&Noel& others take care of booking repair work. Behind the curtain Eric is the wizard that does the actual work. Got a boring commute? Buy a Mini from Crevier!

My service rep JD was excellent! Very thorough and accommodating. At 70 years old, I’m not as sharp or clear-minded as I was, and JD never even noticed. It’s safe to say I even get a little cranky at times, and I appreciated his patience with me. A lot of younger people don’t realize we elder folks sometimes need a wide berth when we get difficult, and both JD and the Crevier Service Manager Kyle have acted like I was still their favorite customer! It’s always a big pleasure to bring my vehicles, (I now own TWO Minis!), to Crevier.

I recently purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper S from Carvana. It needed a ton of love plus all of the work needed to get approved by Silver Rock, Carvana's third party warranty company. Kyle Anderson, my service advisor, navigated the process beautifully and I drove away with all of my Mini's issues completely resolved! The best experience and largely due to Kyle's hard work and diligence.

Have to say Mellisa took care of everything, the whole fix was nightmare on timing and doing myself on my free time but I called, they give me a loaner!!! That loaner is entrapment cuz the new minis are amazing, but overall they take fix the problem and she was superb!!! U need something done, ask for her.
