First of all, there are two businesses in this location, my recommendation is for 1st Street Auto with José...he is the most honest and reliable mechanic I've known and I've been coming here for over 10 years...I highly recommend this shop.

I took my car here for an oil change, brought my own full-synthetic oil- at 109,900 miles. I left and noticed my car said i need an oil change in 2,300 miles. And the on the sticker he wrote to bring back at 113,000. I went back and asked why so little miles when full synthetic gives you at least 5,000 miles. For service to my vehicles, First Street Auto has always been the place for me to go. I have switched my mustang many times and I know Jose, my mechanic is a mustang guy as well so I know he will always treat my ride well. Best service in Santa Ana.

This place is a joke. The other reviews here must be from families, and friends. There are two businesses in the area (one located in the front and another in the back) (First Street Auto Repair is in the front).
